I get the message LS0003 "An unexpected error has occurred when trying to contact the licensing server" and the software only lets me access the practice mode
This error occurs if something totally unexpected happens during the communication with the server, please send your log file (instructions here) to support@examsoftware.co.uk so we can analyse it
