I get the message LS0001 "It has not been possible to register the serial" and the software only lets me access the practice mode
If this is the only error Athena gives you, it may be because you entered the wrong value for the serial (a serial looks like 123ae24eca421.xxxx.xx). Alternatively, it may be that the serial has already been activated. Please email support@examsoftware.co.uk so your serial can be checked
If this error appears after another error, such as the server cannot be found, please review the information relating to the other error
