LS0003 - "An unexpected error has occurred when trying to contact the licensing server"
After entering the serial and pressing enter I get the error message LS0003, followed by LS0001 and I can only access one question per category in practice mode and can't access the exam mode at all.
Resolution
This error occurs if something a communication failure occurs while trying to activate the serial. If this happens, please send details of the error message to your log file to support@examsoftware.co.uk so we
can analyse it.
