A small number of users have reported problems downloading the software in the that the download stalls, or fails, then they have to restart the download again from the beginning. The problem will often be hit a few times before the download successfully completes.
In all cases to date the problem has been due to local network issues, which is something outside of our control. For example, the local ADSL connection drops out and the download fails, or the connection becomes too slow and the browser disconnects from the server.
This problem generally only affects Windows Internet Explorer users as not all versions support the resuming of disconnected downloads. There are a number of ways you can enable this functionality, including installing a download manager for IE, upgrading to the latest version of IE, or, (our preferred option) installing the FireFox browser (Firefox Product and download site) as this will resume your downloads and provides an excellent internet experience.
