Download Corruption

If, once downloaded and run, the installer displays a message along the lines of:

NSIS Error. The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus

Then the download is likely to be corrupt. Please try downloading again after clearing your internet explorer cache to ensure the file is actually downloaded from our servers rather than just copying the corrupt copy again.

Clearing the Internet Explorer Cache

Clearing the cache is a simple task that can be accomplished by following the steps below

  1. Run Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to the Tools Menu -> Internet Options.
  3. Internet Options

  4. In the "Temporary Internet Files" frame, press the "Delete Files" button.
  5. Internet Explorer Options
