Each serial can only be used to activate the software on one computer; if you receive this error it is because you have either entered the serial incorrectly, or it has already been used to activate the software on another machine.
Use copy and paste to copy the serial from the email and paste it in to the serial text field. Note! You'll have to use the keyboard shortcut for paste (CTRL + V on Windows, Command + V on Mac).
As per the terms and conditions of all our products, serials cannot be transferred to other machines.
