Activation Problems

Each serial can only be used to activate the software on one computer; if you receive this error it is because you have either entered the serial incorrectly, or it has already been used to activate the software on another machine.

If the software reports that there is no internet connection, the first check that should be made is that whatever connection that is used for the internet (whether that's WIFI, dial-up or wired network) is up and working. Open your favourite browser and check you can access sites such as eBay and Hotmail. If these sites don't work, there is something wrong on your computer or local network that you need to troubleshoot.

Where the computer that is to run Athena Player has no internet access, or cannot connect to the Examsoftware servers, a manual activation can be performed to allow full access to the product.

LS0003 - "An unexpected error has occurred when trying to contact the licensing server"

After entering the serial and pressing enter I get the error message LS0003, followed by LS0001 and I can only access one question per category in practice mode and can't access the exam mode at all.

LS0002 - "The licensing server cannot be found..."

When I enter the serial and press enter I get the error message LS0002 followed by LS0001 and I cannot access anything but a one question per category in practice mode and can't get to the exam mode at all.

LS0001 - "It has not been possible to register the serial"

When trying to activate the software I get the error code LS0001 and I only get to see a question per category rather than the full bank of questions
